After delivery
Optional Maintenance
Every SourcifyDigital build is delivered as a complete, working product. Monthly maintenance is an optional add-on for clients who want continued support after delivery.
Maintenance is not required. It is available for clients who want ongoing updates, fixes, monitoring, and direct access to support.
What is covered
What monthly maintenance includes.
Monthly updates
Routine updates to keep the build current — dependency updates, minor configuration changes, and small adjustments as the underlying workflow evolves.
Bug fixes
When something breaks or behaves unexpectedly after delivery, we diagnose and fix it. Applies to the scope of the original build.
Minor improvements
Small enhancements within the scope of the original build — adjusted labels, minor UI tweaks, small logic changes that do not require a new scope.
Uptime checks
Basic monitoring to confirm the build is running as expected. Applicable to hosted tools and deployed automations.
Workflow adjustments
If a connected workflow or process changes slightly, we adjust the build to stay aligned. For larger changes, a new scope is required.
Direct support
Access to direct support for questions, guidance, and minor requests related to the delivered build.
Important to know
How maintenance works.
Maintenance is optional.
It is never required after a build. You own the delivered build outright. Maintenance is a separate monthly agreement for clients who want ongoing support.
Maintenance applies after a completed build.
You cannot add maintenance without first completing a project build. It is not a standalone subscription.
New features require a new scope.
Maintenance covers upkeep, fixes, and minor adjustments. If you want to add a new feature or significantly change the build, that is scoped as a new project.
Pricing is project-dependent.
Monthly maintenance pricing depends on the complexity of the original build and the level of support needed. Pricing is discussed at delivery.
